About Me

Hi, I'm Caitlin. I am a Generally Registered psychologist with a background in teaching, and I've spent my career working with children and adolescents from all walks of life, specifically those who are neurodivergent.  Currently my focus has been in providing support and intervention to neurodiverse clients through private practice and within the school environment. Helping the families develop the skills and knowledge to support their children whilst helping the children develop those skills and confidence that will make coping with the world a little bit easier.

I specialise in ADHD assessments and treatments having undergone over 20 hours of additional training in this specific area provided by the world leading expert on ADHD- Dr. Russell Barkley and from other local experts in assessment. I have also dedicated time to becoming proficient at assessing for Specific Learning Disabilities through local training. I love working with children and believe that early intervention and identification is the key. Assessment is the first step in that, understanding what your childs strengths, struggles and difficulties are will help inform how we can best support them.

Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional Child and adolescent Psychologist can make things better. I care about your well-being and aim provide you the beginning steps in understanding your child and some tools that they need in order to seize the day and learn how to tackle even those events that feel insurmountable.
