Intervention and Treatment
I am pleased to announce that I am now offering intervention as well as assessments.

I've been working with children and adolescents of all neurotypes for 5 years as a psychologist, and previously as a high school teacher.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor an intervention program to the individual to best support them, their family and their unique goals and needs. Specifically I draw upon strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Play Therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy principles.
For the past 3 years I have been focusing not just my practice but also my learning on how to best deliver treatment and support our neurodivergent children and their most common co-morbidities. Whether it's teaching emotional regulation skills, flexible problem solving, perspective taking, or learning about ourselves, improving self esteem or tackling big emotions I'm here to help.
While I certainly enjoy working with neurodivergent children I also work a lot with neurotypical children, adolescents and adults struggling with big emotions, anxiety or struggles navigating life's changes.
